Return Policy

Thank you for your AmeriBag purchase. To return an unused bag that you purchased on our website please follow these instructions:

1) Ship the bag to:
AmeriBag, Inc.
5 AmeriBag Drive
Kingston, NY  12401

We strongly suggest insuring the bag whether shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier.  Please be advised that the US Postal Service does not have ground track ability.

2) Include a copy of the website order, and make sure that the phone numbers that are listed are correct.  It would be helpful if you note on the receipt whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

3) Once we receive the bag we will evaluate it and contact you to get your credit card information. For your security, we do not keep this information on file.
