RETURNS UPDATE 4/1/2020
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 and the current Federal and State restrictions to workplace employees, we are currently only processing RETURNS. Any item returned to the NY facility will be refunded. If an exchange is desired, once the item is returned, you may place a new order through our website. We are not currently processing exchanges.
Additionally, since our employees are working from remote locations, processing times may be longer than the normal 5-10 business days, but we will process all returns/refunds in as timely a manner as possible.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy:
An item you ordered isn't what you were looking for? No problem!
We're sorry your order didn't work out, but let's make it right. Read through our return policy below to find our how to process your return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the receipt of the order. Items returned must be unused, in resalable condition and complete with tags and must have been purchased either through our website (www.AmeriBag.com) or over the phone with one of our retail specialists at 800-246-1292.

Refund: Receive a full refund back to the original credit card you paid with. (Shipping charges will not be refunded)
Exchange: Love the bag but need a different size, color or fabric? No Problem! We are happy to exchange it, as long as the bag you want is in stock.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Returns received in damaged/used conditions.
- Returns received after 30 days from receipt of the order.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where there has been a shipping error.
To Return or Exchange:
- Gather the item(s) to be returned, along with the Original Receipt or Packing Slip.
- Print and fill out Return Form in its entirety. (For exchanges, be sure to include your new item choices.)
- Pack it up. Place item(s), Original Receipt or Packing Slip and Returns Form in a secure shipping package. Be sure to cut the mailing address off the bottom of the Returns Form for easy shipping.
- Send the package back to us. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number or insuring the package, whether it is shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your Refund or Exchange to be processed. Items not returned in accordance with this Return Policy may result in a delay of refund/exchange.
1. How do I exchange an item purchased with a coupon code?
Follow the above instructions. As long as the return is made within 30 days, we will honor the discount for your exchange.
2. How do I get a shipping label from you to send a purchase back?
We do not provide shipping labels for returns unless there was an error in the original shipment.
3. There is something wrong with my order. What do I do?
Contact us right away so we can make it right. Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 EST at 800-246-1292. Call or email (email@example.com) after hours and we will get back to you the following business day.
4. My bag isn't new, but it has a problem. Help!
